Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our drain cleaning equipment! We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The equipment must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  2. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned equipment.

  3. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned equipment.

  4. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the equipment.

Once we receive the returned equipment, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If the equipment meets the conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns of equipment that has been used or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. Also, we do not accept returns of special-order items, custom-made equipment, or items that have been modified.
